- Cold Call (no response, off), Warm call (follow-up calls), Hot call (leads, appointments).
- Working on paid portal to get the leads & verifying the customer's buying genuinity.
- Facilitating leads (customers) to the nearest outlet for new car buying by coordinating with the DSE- s
- Handling customer queries
- Working on daily targets assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Coordinate with the respective sales advisor & get the conversion done.
- Coordinate with online channel partner for generating leads (cardekho, carwale & auto portal)
