About the Role ?

- Account Manager Startup/SME Sales will be a key member who will have the accountability for driving and enabling business growth throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, will be a strong communicator who can quickly build rapport with the customers and is driven to win in the marketplace.

Roles & responsibility :

- Create pipeline and drive revenue through high value organizations

- Grow pipeline through extensive networking and cold-calling/emailing prospective client

- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

- Have complete ownership of sales cycle- from lead generation to closure

- Ensure 100% renewal rates

- Analyze client and prospect's business during discovery calls to determine appropriate risk solutions for them and act as their risk consultants

- Utilize the existing underwriter relationships with insurance companies to gather the best suitable and optimum covers at competitive prices to present formal proposals with recommended options to the clients

- Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client requests and issues

- Create scope for cross selling opportunities

- Liaise with marketing team to ensure consistent high quality lead channel

Who are you ?


To be successful in this role, you :

- Have 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably Finance/B2B sales

- Have an analytical mindset

- Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills

- Quick learner

- Like problem solving, interested in learning about clients industries and issues, and demonstrate willingness to develop innovative solutions for clients

- Strong collaboration skills required for partnering with the internal teams and Insurance Companies

- Have strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to hustle to achieve goals

- Have high sense of ownership who can continuously reinvent and improve
