The Business Development Manager (BDM) role is responsible for
- Generating registrations of Insurance Claim Service product - HobNob- in retail and in bulk numbers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Bima Garage product line
- Recruit and train - new relationships with an excellent track record in local market- and train them, handhold them to prospect and to create a robust distribution for the registrations
- Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve NOR & sales revenue targets
