Key Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue by acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer base, and cross-selling products or services.

- Conducting research to identify potential markets, analyzing customer needs and preferences, and monitoring industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams to develop business opportunities and foster trust and loyalty.

- Developing proposals and pitches for potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements, and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that will generate leads and drive revenue.

- Collecting and analyzing data to track progress against goals, identifying areas for improvement, and developing reports to share with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, learning new skills and tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve performance and achieve business goals.

Other Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Minimum 7 yrs of experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
