Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Inside Sales Executive to utilized outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive's responsibilities include cold-calling, cross-selling or up-selling.
A remarkable tele sales will suggest ways in which client's feedback can be utilized to improve our services
Role & Responsibilities
- Knowing all the details of the product or service offering.
- Good knowledge of B2B Sales & B2C Sales.
- Called Calling to lead generate.
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-ups and cold calling.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Contact and qualify potential customers.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timeline.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
