We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space and digital media services to businesses looking to reach our target audience. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for media and advertising.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect and qualify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients advertising needs and develop customized media solutions to meet those needs.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our advertising platforms.

- Negotiate advertising contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to develop compelling advertising campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).

- Proven experience in media sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
