At Bikester, we specially handpick and curate motorcycle tours with the best guides all over the world to make it possible for bikers to have an experience of a lifetime.
BikesterGlobal was founded in 2017. Since our inception, we- ve bootstrapped and reached a level where we have an office space in a prime location in Andheri west, a strong team, constantly growing revenue and two side businesses. Currently we are in 16 countries and plan to take that number to 50 by the end of this year.

A motorcyclist or a traveler would be an add on.
Job Definition: This job involves the marketing and sales of Bikester Global's motorcycle tours
Responsibility Deliverable :
1. To propose and implement promotional, digital and PR plan for tours
2. To support Co-founders on Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan creation and execution
3. Generate, follow up and close the leads who are interested in motorcycle tours
4. Meet the sales target
5. Understanding the competition and being up to date with their strategies and offerings
Daily Tasks & Activities :
1. Receiving and making phone calls and replying and sending emails to all the leads generated by marketing.
2. Following up with all the customers (as per the process)
3. Managing a database of all the customers and updating it
4. Providing after sales solutions if required eg: change in tour date, follow up for final payment etc.
Measurement Metrics :
1. Number of leads generated
2. Number of closures
3. Sales/Leads ratio

Remuneration: Remuneration will consist of a fixed and variable component depending on your performance. Approximate monthly in hand -Rs. 35000
