BikeDekho - Group Manager (3-8 yrs)
We're hiring for "Group Manager" position at BikeDekho.com (Entity of Cardekho.com) for "Delhi" location.
KRA's :
- Hard core Sales (2 wheelers)
- Responsible for the acquisition of new dealers.
- Need to check service parameter on regular interval at Dealer to ensure better delivery of services.
- Handover of the new dealer & taking ownership end to end.
- Retail identification, Follow up & ensuring closure on priority.
- Building cordial relationship with Dealers.
- Achieving the revenue targets and have to meet 2 wheeler and Commercial vehicle dealership to sell lead packs and digital solutions
- Sales & Marketing profile.
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Good Communication Skills - English & Hindi
- Should be comfortable in local languages
- Good Analytic Skills & Knowledge in Excel.
- Field work
6 days working (1 day rotational off)
