SaaS Inside Sales Professional

Bigseller is looking for a motivated, energetic, result-producing sales professional to work in our growing and successful sales team. The SaaS Inside Sales Professional will generate new customer relationships and revenue streams within target markets. This position will contact and qualify outbound and inbound prospects to present our software solution and articulate the features and benefits to prospective customers in order to win new deals. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with a proven track record of success, excellent qualification skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial engagement to closing.

Responsibilities

Develop new relationships with prospects by phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face, in order to qualify their application development needs and propose of company.

Understand our value proposition and effectively communicate the benefits and features of products and services.

Thoroughly understand customer needs from both a business and technical standpoint, document their requirements and objectives, and communicate their needs to colleagues.

Monitor overall customer experience and ensure operational delivery.

Schedule and perform product demos for new prospects and clients.

Routinely follow up on leads to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas, key performance indicators, and other departmental objectives..

Maintain broad and in depth knowledge of product, product features, and pricing plans.

Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to make recommendations to internal teams to improve the product quality as a customer advocate.

Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years' of experience in outbound inside sales with proven track record of success.

Previous experience with SaaS, PaaS, or software sales is highly desirable.

Technically savvy and completely comfortable with CRM, GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and other sales productivity tools.

Experience with database design, website design, or software programming tools highly preferred.

Prior prospecting and cold calling experience.

Fluent in web terminology.

Clear and effective communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

Ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet needs of internal and external customers while providing excellent customer service.

Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.

Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.

Results-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated, and resourceful.
