Job Overview :
A Telesales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, effectively pitching products or services, closing sales to achieve quarterly targets, and generating leads through calls.
Must know the Hindi language.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Customer Needs:
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.
Tailor sales pitches to address customer needs and demonstrate how the product or service can provide value.
2. Closing Sales and Achieving Quarterly Targets:
- Use persuasive communication and objection-handling skills to secure sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
3. Calling on Leads and Generating Leads:
- Contact leads provided by the company and effectively present products or services.
- Actively generate new leads through outbound calling efforts.
