Job Description :
- Should empanel Minimum 6 Community Leaders on daily basis
- Will be responsible to ensure that every community leader provides orders worth Rs. 10,000 in the first 14 days
- Subsequent to this target the community leader will transition to training and retention
- Excellent Communication required to explain about our business plan, Incentive Schemes and bonus to Community Leaders
- Should Interact with community leaders on weekly basis
- Ensure to attend the Rural Development programs to meet the all-Community Leaders
- Capability to handle every situation with full confidence and appropriate solutions.
- Pay Significant attention in addressing and solving customer issue Post & Pre - Deliver
- MUST EXPERIENCE in MICRO FINANCE

- Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
