Job Description :
- Manager has to lead & achieve prescribed sales targets and further sales improvement.
- Smooth showroom operations on day to day basis.
- Maintain floor discipline and administration.
- Maintain proper inventory records and execute self-audit.
- Ensure proper grooming as per standards of the organization. Follow organization SOP.
- Responsible to maintain hygiene standards in the showroom.
- Updating staff with present scheme & promotions.
- Keep a tap on market competition.
- Coordinate with reporting manager for business.
