Bid Manager - Bids & Pitches

Location- Gurugram

Experience- 2 to 5 years

Must have-

- Experience in end to end RFP Management

- Experience in bid management (2 years)

- Experience in pitching

- Experience in Stakeholder management

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with key stakeholders, including sales/ BD professionals and service line leads. Responsible for undertaking the entire bidding process, including the writing of custom bid content and creating marketing materials that showcase our proposed solution/ offering and brand.

- Contribute in the development of customised pursuit strategies for key clients.

- Create and draft custom RFI/RFP responses and presentations. Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies. Edit and polish existing content to adhere to the overall theme of the document.

- Partner with Graphic Designers to effectively showcase content for RFPs, presentations and other pursuit related materials.

- Identify client needs and recommend approach to address gaps in proposed solutions.

- Partner with appropriate Subject Matter Experts as needed to review existing content/generate new content as required.

- Maintain all material in an online repository, including RFP response content and templates. Act as a single source of truth. Work with knowledge managers across regions to update and maintain latest corporate information, capability presentations, maps, CVs, headshots, etc.

- Experience in marketing & communications, copywriting, marketing strategy, new business development.

- Strong project management, organisational, and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation at all levels and functions while collaborating effectively.

- Proven ability to use influence to drive results, independently or as part of a team with limited direct authority.

- Ability to influence stakeholders across different geographies and levels of seniority.
