Bid Manager (5-10 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management/writing/bid management preferred
- Proposal writer/Bid managers not the auction manager. Someone who handles and manage bid end to end
- Past experience in professional services (e.g., accounting, management consulting) highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and writing
- Able to lead and guide the entire proposal process
- Actively participate in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, develop win themes and conduct the research required to create persuasive proposal responses (RFP/RFI)
- You will author client communications such as proposals, oral presentations, qualifications, and other documents.
- Ability to work with leadership including partners/Senior Leaders (MSLs/SLLs) and foster discussion from the clients perspective and needs of the RFP
