Bid Management/Lead Generation Role - IT Staff Augmentation Services (1-3 yrs)
Lead Generator Responsibilities:
- Doing Registrations on various state portals, counties and departments to find out more and more leads for our business.
- Sourcing - Extend support for checking & scrutiny of all notifications & other solicitation links to identify new opportunities
- Doing Research and finding out all the IT staff Augmentation Master Contract documents.
- Checking out all the amendments issued for the working RFP's and keeping a track of these RFP's.
- Research Work in the preparation of RFP/RFQ/WRs including Technical & Financial Proposal development
- Drive Proposal Development process including but not limited to Research and gathering information for use in proposal development activities.
- Creating master files as database like References for different categories, Addition of Objective & Work Performed in References etc.
- Doing research on the commercial clients requiring IT staff Augmentation Services and working on getting to their Vendor List.
- Finding out the forms for MBE/WBE certification, analysing the requirements for getting the certification and completing the documentation for getting the certification for various states.
