Bi Paints - Manager - Industrial Sales (2-3 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site sales role for a Coatings & Paint Sales position located in Surat. The employee must be able to demonstrate their expertise in sales cycle process including client targeting and prospecting. They must also be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide consultation to clients on product usage, and be able to provide accurate information to assist clients in choosing the appropriate product. They will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets and providing assistance to clients on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably a coatings and paint sales background
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects while meeting targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to drive and manage client engagement activities effectively
- Fluent in the local language and proficient in English spoken and written communication
