Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and Create Designs :

- Develop visual concepts and graphics for various projects, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and messaging. This includes but is not limited to logos, social media graphics, infographics, website designs, and product packaging.

Collaborate with Teams :

- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate effectively to ensure designs meet the desired goals and deadlines.

Execute Design Projects :

- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create high-quality designs. Pay close attention to detail and ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the intended message.

Stay Updated with Design Trends :

- Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and software updates. Continuously seek inspiration and explore new design styles to enhance creativity and stay competitive in the field.

Manage Multiple Projects :

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Receive and Implement Feedback :

- Be open to constructive feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback into design revisions and strive for continuous improvement.

Maintain Brand Consistency :

- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and overall brand aesthetics across all marketing materials. Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all design work.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience as a graphics designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for design.

- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.
