BHK SPACES - Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Sales (0-2 yrs)
On Company's Role & Fixed pay + Incentive.
Candidates who are passionate to build their career in Real Estate Sales can join our team as a Relationship Manager or Sr. Relationship Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Doing Follow ups to leads generated by marketing team
- Developing & updated with the knowledge of Residential Projects & Real Estate Market.
- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.
- Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects
- Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them suitable properly.
- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets for self.
- Leads Hygiene Providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
- Converting Hot Leads by doing Cold Calling.
Desired Candidate Profile :

- Selling Skills
Experience with 0.6 to 2yrs in Real Estate or relevant Sales experience are preferred.
