Job description:

- Design and develop strategy for organic and inorganic user acquisition, engagement and retention on the platform. Plan for the growth, performance led marketing and brand positioning activities.

- Manage campaigns end-to-end i.e. from ideation, planning & optimizing it across mobile and web. Manage multiple paid campaigns such as Search, GDN, PLA, Remarketing, Video Ads, App marketing, SEO/SEM/ASO & Social media.

- Periodically develop, allocate and review Marketing / Advertising budgets i.e. weekly, monthly, annually. Also develop concrete plan for Brand campaigns and festive.

- Have a solid experience in Google analytics. Measure and report key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and also provide feedback to the Category and tech team.

- Communicate key learnings and developments to stakeholders, and offer problem-solving strategies

- Have a strong understanding of creatives. Ability to work with agency to get creative with the conception of new graphics, banners, and videos with an intent to generate higher ROI.

- Develop strategy for marketplace like Amazon, Flipkart etc. to increase traffic, boost brand awareness and increase sales across catalogue. Manage sponsored Ads and optimize ROI based on the budget and target revenue.

- Persistent in understanding digital strategies and trends in the Fashion & Jewellery and keep a tab on competition activities.

Required Candidate profile :

- 5+ years of work experience with a specific focus on performance marketing

- Highly creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns.

- Experience utilizing data for user segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

- A strong track record in Google search, display, Remarketing / Social (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube) / App, Marketplace and Google Analytics.

- Understanding of analytics tools and analyze metrics: traffic, quality, installs, conversion funnel, attribution and develop strategies to improve key metrics.

- Experience managing conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.

- Love for data and numbers and formulate data-driven strategies with the strong analytical and conceptual skills.

- Strong understanding of SEO, UI/UX of the website.

- Self-motivated and customer focused approach.

- Good communication & writing skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
