Bhejo Ecommerce - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
The Candidate should handle customer queries by calling, chatting and mailing.
It is a US-based Process, basically night shift. preferable female candidate
- Handling inbound calls of customers for delivery/ refunds/ replacements of products.
- Handling irate customers at times and giving timely resolutions to customers for the positive feedback.
- Good Fluency in English is a MUST.
