Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Team Lead with 5-9 years of expertise in the credit card industry to lead our sales team and drive business development efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage their in-depth knowledge of credit card services to establish strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth in collaboration with our IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the credit card industry.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth in collaboration with our IT solutions offerings.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the credit card industry, including financial institutions, merchants, and payment processors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with IT solutions capabilities and market needs.

- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

- 5-9 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or account management in the credit card industry.

- Strong understanding of IT solutions and their integration with credit card services.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and value.
