Roles and Responsibilities :

The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of the Distribution market of FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, Paints etc. The incumbent will be responsible for not only adding new distributors to our network, but also to nurture and grow them and also ensure an increase of market share of BharatPe in the managed cities. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to generate revenue through multiple products launched as we move forward in our journey.

- Acquiring new distributors to be part of the BharatPe network

- Achieving monthly sales targets by liasoning with the distributors

- Travelling to manage distributors in multiple cities

- Reporting ground level insights to upper management

Basic Requirements :

- Distribution (FMCG, Telecom, Pharma) background

- 2 - 5 years of overall experience

- Speaks Kannada and English
