Job Description :
- Should be a graduate in any discipline. Preferred MBA in Marketing or Masters in Social Work
- Should have 2 - 4 years- experience in marketing financial product / services or insurance or community development schemes
- Counsel and guide potential Entrepreneurs through business volunteers on various options available for setting up small businesses
- Organize workshop for counselled entrepreneurs
- Collect all documents from the potential entrepreneurs and help them to complete this process
- Conduct Site Verification visits and organize technical evaluations of Prospective entrepreneurs
- Guide and coordinate for financials of the potential entrepreneurs with Auditors to complete CIBIL process
- Complete summary first draft and submit to Finance Officer, arrange for 2 Internal Selection Panel /month
- Recommend list of sanctioned cases to stage 3 for mentor allocation
- Prepare / collect minutes of first meetings and attach with proposals to ensure smoother approvals
- Flair to travel in rural & Urban areas of operation
- Ability to make public presentations effectively
