Paavan is a start-up, working towards spreading knowledge & learning from Indian culture & heritage via readily consumable videos, live webinars & modular courses. We have created an app to showcase this immense knowledge, as well as to assist users in embarking on the quest of spiritual self-discovery. - The main objective behind launching Paavan was to spread the vast knowledge that exists in our scripture, culture & heritage to the masses. So that they can adopt this lifestyle & relieve themselves of the suffering of the modern world. This lifestyle has brought a lot of challenges and stress to the people which can be resolved without any medical support by making small changes to their lifestyle.

- The Indian way of living has a great depth about how a person should live his/her life & what is the purpose of his existence but this knowledge has become inaccessible to the people. Also, there is a lot of misinformation circulating in the ecosystem, resulting in people doubting the sanctity of Indic Wisdom. This has caused people to take extreme steps & adopting a completely opposite lifestyle leading to more stress & diseases.

- At Paavan, we are working towards building an ecosystem where experts can come & share their knowledge using technology to help people fight the repercussions of poor choices, and lead them towards improved wellbeing.

Role & Responsibility :

- Supply plays a crucial at Paavan. This role will demand high deliverability & ownership. You will work closely with the founders to solve the content creation problem. Key responsibilities.

- Contacting relevant creators & onboarding them on the platform

- Researching institutions & individuals to build the pipeline for creators

- Building rapport & relationships to maintain a steady flow of content

Desired Skills :

- A result-oriented graduate with 2-3 years of experience in business development

- Passionate & diligent with the ability to work in a pressured environment

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required Superior negotiation

- Ability to think out of the box & find out new, innovative solutions

- Stronghold on data & ability to take data-driven decisions

- Open for extensive travel
