Responsibilities :


- Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Locate opportunities to expand the client base.

- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.

- Meets with existing clients to discuss a company's products and services.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

- Works to foster lasting relationships with the client base.

- Handle Customer complaints & maintain the document of the same.

- Follow up with customers for payments.

- Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals.

- Draws up sales activity reports.

- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.

- Managing & Leading Sales Team & Overseeing their activity.

- Managing individual and team quotas.

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

- Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.

- Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.

- Attend Exhibitions & Conferences.

- Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.

- Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.

- Conducts independent research into the target consumer base.

- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
