Bharat Hotels is looking for Real Estate Transaction Specialist who will help diverse range of clients with selling, renting, and buying homes. Your duties will include advising clients on the general process surrounding real estate transactions & helping them along every step of the way.

Job Description :

- Initiate sales as well as marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings plus face-to-face meetings, designed to identify engage prospective clients.

- Meet with clients to assess their property needs.

- Assist clients in process of buying, selling, renting through site visits, viewings, and sales process.

- Act as an intermediary for discussions between buyers and sellers.

- Keep up to date with new launches & projects.

- A high level of determination and work ethics.

- Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Motivated by high performance and earnings, but also providing great service.

- Team Player

- Strong Sales, negotiation and communication skills.

- Build good working relationship among brokers and clients.

- Understand core value of the company and its goals.

- Marketing listings for clients for potential sales or rentals.

- Keeping up to date with current offers and pricing with developers on the existing and upcoming projects.

- Cold calls to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.

- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals independently and successfully.

- Client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills: -

- At least 2 years experience in Real Estate

- English is a must

- Should hold a driver license

- Should have a vehicle.
