Bharat eMart - Manager - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
As a Business Development Manager for E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our e-commerce business. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, build strategic partnerships, and enhance the overall online presence of the company. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan aligned with the company's e-commerce objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to stay competitive.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into profitable business relationships.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the e-commerce ecosystem, such as online marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics providers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Product and Service Expansion:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expanding the product or service offerings on the e-commerce platform.
- Introduce new products, features, or services that align with customer needs and market demands.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:
