B.G Distributors - Manager - Sales - Modern Trade (7-9 yrs)
BGDPL is the exclusive business partner of P&G in West Bengal & Sikkim. The company has a turnover of 900 crores with an employee strength of 2000.
- Generating Revenues through Modern Trade Channels ( Hypermarkets like Metro Cash & Carry, Spencers, Big Bazar, ABRL, Reliance Retail etc.)
- Meeting the Volume Targets on given frequencies
- Playing the interface role between the organisation & Customers
- Coordinating with SCM for timely delivery
- Increasing the % of Share of Shelves
- Increasing % of Share of Display
- Studying competition activities and feeding the Management on the same
- Training of the immediate team members on products, behavioral,selling skills
- Mentoring the Team
- Either Sex can apply.
- Candidates with good contacts in the Modern Retail will be considered only. Min experience of 5 years in Modern Retail. Has to be from reputed FMCG background.
