Job Description-

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. (Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, affiliate, mobile, OTT, and the entire gamut of options). The ideal candidate for us is someone who has led online customer acquisition for any of the new-age companies and comes with 2 years of experience across middle management and senior roles. The role will comprise ownership of the overall online acquisition strategy and decision-making.

A digital marketing professional is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

- Lead the responsibility and initiatives for online user acquisition at BeyondSkool

- Lead efforts across paid marketing, SEO and new channels such as referral marketing etc. -and aggressively scale these channels

- Experience of targeting US market

- Measure and assess goals vis-- -vis ROI

- Device experiments and conversion tests

- Provide internal reports on a regular basis

- Build roadmap to streamline and grow online presence through search, display, social media and other leading online media options

- Manage a team of specialists in online marketing.

- MBA from reputed institute.

- 2 years of experience in managing paid marketing across channels

- Strong analytics skills and experience of having managed campaigns at scale

- Ability to build and execute a holistic multi-channel online marketing plan and be -responsible for building the lead funnel for the company
