Responsibilities:
1) 1+ years of relevant experience in IT domain (preferably SaaS products).
2) Working with Presales lead to understand marketing funnels and implementing them.
3) Cold reach out to prospective customers on a regular basis, understand their needs and pass the feedback to product manager.
4) Willing to travel and meet with high net worth customers to do product pitches.
5) Coordinating with technical leads to make sure the new customer is onboarded smoothly.
6) To stay in constant touch with customers and resolve any complaints/issues.
7) Participate in setting up a feedback loop for all the business initiatives and processes to improve the company revenues.
