Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide effective leadership to the showroom team, fostering a culture of excellence and passion for luxury design.

- Mentor staff to ensure in-depth product knowledge and the ability to deliver personalised service.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs as needed.

Sales and Customer Experience:

- Drive sales performance through strategic planning, effective merchandising, and product knowledge.

- Ensure an immersive and engaging customer experience that aligns with the luxury standards of Beyond Designs.

- Personally engage with high-value clients and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

Visual Merchandising and Product Presentation:

- Oversee the visual presentation of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic.

- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling displays and vignettes that inspire and captivate customers.

Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities.

- Work closely with suppliers and the purchasing team to ensure a curated and diverse product selection.

Operational Excellence:

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, ensuring timely delivery and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury home and decor sector.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.

- Passion for interior design and a keen understanding of luxury aesthetics.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
