Bewakoof.com - Manager - Seller Marketing (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Owning & managing seller engagement for Bewakoof Bazaar.

- Work closely with key internal stakeholders, understand key seller facing decisions & policies and communicate to sellers on Bewakoof Bazaar.

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of seller marketing campaigns.

- Conduct online & offline events for seller engagement & training.

- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create digital training content for sellers.

- Design and execute innovative ideas to acquire brands on Bewakoof Bazaar.

Must Haves:

- UG/PG degree in marketing or a related field

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Ability to own and maintain seller related social media presence across digital platforms.

- Content creation

- Experience in conducting webinars & events

- Vendor engagement and management.

Nice to have :

- E-commerce seller marketing experience

- Hands-on lead generation experience.

- Experience in training content creation.

- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
