Job Description - Client Servicing Executive:

1. Communicating and interacting with clients

The primary function is to interact with clients. You will be allocated a client to work with. You will closely interact with this client on all jobs.

2. Initiating the job

To start with, you will understand the incoming job in all its dimensions and then initiate the process of seeing the job through.

3. Interacting with Operations team

To get the job done, you will need to closely interact with the Studio team, and with the senior Creative team when required. The Studio team includes the Reprographic technicians and the Designer. The senior Creative team comprises the Creative Director.

4. With adherence to time frames, seeing the job through

The overall responsibility of seeing the job through and ensuring that it is delivered back to the client on time will rest with you.

5. Addressing client queries

From time to time, clients will have queries pertaining to their jobs executed by us. For your set of clients, it will be your responsibility to address these queries.
