The Department :

Team Online is an integral part of the sales team and the organisation. They are at the forefront and are one of the key revenue generating teams for the organisation. Being spread across the country, this team works in sync to bring the the internal & external stakeholders on the same page to ensure seamless online operation.

The Role :

Incumbent in this role will be responsible to build, manage and develop long-term relationships with Ecommerce partners like Myntra, Flipkart, etc. in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand's online presence.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Manage day to day as well as peak discounting

- End to end operations management - ensure timely PI, PO, slot confirmations from partner

- Financial reconciliations, payment follow-ups

- Creating, managing and maintaining various reports

Inventory Management- closely working with SCM team to ensure inventory base stocks are maintained as per plan and Marketplace/JIT performance is maintained, RTV

- Closely working with Brand team to ensure inventory pipeline is maintained and stocks are delivered and are taken live on time

- Maximizing brand visibility on partner portals to ensure brand ranks are maintained and improved

Monitor impressions growth

DESIRED PERSONALITY:

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Excellent in excel

- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines

- Proactive, positive and innovative mind

ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA:

- Must have 3-6 years of relevant experience

- Should be a Graduate

- Must be proficient in MS office
