Berger Paints - Manager - Business Development - Protection Vertical (10-15 yrs)
Berger Paints India is hiring for Business Development Manager in the Protecton Division.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. He will be responsible for all high-performance coatings products and will be responsible for launching and entering new marketing segments.
2. Ensuring approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and corporates.
3. Working in close coordination with the Regional Manager and cover the entire western region.
4. Being part of larger businesses, projects jobs and participate in tenders.
5. Upgrading coating system recommendation in industries after doing corrosion audits.
6. Training and motivating young salespersons and guide them to achieving their targets.
Academics:
1. B.Tech / M.Tech / B.SC(Chemical) Must.
Experience :
1. Must have 10 to 15 years of experience sales & business development, focusing on industrial protective coating.
2. Must have experience in managing agencies.
