Job Title Graphic Designer
Role And Responsibilities :
- Create logos, designs, packaging for print and digital media.
- Develop graphic strategy aligned with short-term and long-term social media targets.
- Create new illustrations to assist marketing campaigns.
- Creating packaging design.
- Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media and market trends.
- Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
- Selecting colors, fonts, photographs, layouts and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
- Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients and others.
- Collaborating internally with the PR, marketing, content and other team members to create design properties.
BUSINESS REQUIREMENT :
- 3-4 years of experience from the digital agency space (Skill is more important).
- Hands on - illustrator & photos hop.
- Should be able to think ideas independently.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
- Portfolio of work
