Benson Medical Equipment India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and

proficient Digital Marketer with 1+ year experience who has attributes of being a smart marketer-in-making to work closely with the Marketing Operations team in planning and executing the company's digital presence.

- The ideal candidate will help in the demand generation and overall online marketing for the organization by researching, reporting, and supporting digital, including social media marketing.

- He/she will contribute to nurturing campaigns, help with strategizing and executing web and social media presence, and research best practices to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience as an intern or in a regular position, and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

- Google Analytics and Google Adwords Certification shall be plus for the candidacy.

- Highly exposed towards SEO, PPC (Google Adwords) as well as Google Analytics is the key need for the role to perform efficiently.

- Experience in CRM, email tech solutions, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, etc. will be a plus.

Requirements :

- Understanding of marketing concepts and practices

- Must have a passion for marketing operations and technology

- Tech-savvy and ability to work with multiple platforms, data sources, or MarTech solutions

- Skills and experience in creative content writing

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Designing skills will be a plus

- MBA in marketing or relevant field

Other KRA's : 

Role shall not be limited to implementation of Digital Strategy for products, services and organisation but rather shall include leading the definition of Operational & marketing KPIs, metrics, creating custom reports, dashboards and auditing own / competitor websites for carving business insights using google analytics.

Contribution on planning strategies, managing and optimizing websites, products and campaigns to achieve organization goals through various online channels natural search, paid search, email marketing and social media is the base of requirement pyramid.

- Plan and execute the integrated digital marketing calendar with focus on delivery of all the social media/online marketing activities

- Design, Implement, and optimize retargeting ads using Facebook, and Adwords to improve the visitors

- Develop a content calendar with the management. Interact with the team to ensure content positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience through media partners

- Create an email marketing strategy, PPC strategy

- Increase organic page views with reduction of bounce rates on websites through site-content management & SEM analysis

- Contribute to SEO with research, tagging, content linking and reporting

- Planning and managing the budget of digital marketing campaigns, creating detailed reports of allocation to present to the higher management teams.

- Implement new competitive analysis and consumer trend reports to increase sales

- Experience in creating and optimizing shopping feed and catalog for large-sized eCommerce business to run ads in Google, Bing and Facebook Ads.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that they are aligned on marketing programs and have the right content and tools to follow up as required.

- Assist in collecting information and data to produce weekly and monthly results and ROI.

- Utilize various forms of marketing strategy for the company and delegate social media task management among team members as appropriate.

- Craft & execute brand engagement opportunities online in liaison with the overall marketing activation for the period. Stay up to date and informed on social media tools, strategies, and best practices

- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis

Remuneration : 30,000 plus incentives
