Benow - Team Leader - Telesales (3-6 yrs)
Role : Team leader
- Should be well Versed with sales call centre metrics with minimum 2 years of Experience in Team leader Role on paper.
- Requirement is specifically from General Insurance Background.
- Should Identify ways through which efficiencies can be built in improving Sales via tele calling model.
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Would prefer candidates who speak Hindi, English and any other Indian languages.
- Excellent organizational skills, well versed with Team Handling skills, Problem-Solving, Expert in Health Domain will be an added advantage.
- Should exhibit Good communication and presentation abilities
