Mandatory Skills Two Wheelers with valid license, Applied person should have a domicile/resident of the particular district, Self-motivated, High energy levels, Hard -
working, Sincere
Duty Timing Monday-Saturday (10am-6:30pm)
Salary 20k-30k + TA DA+ Incentive (Also open for right candidates)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Researching organization and individuals to identify new leads and Potential new market.
2. Manages real estate developers, architects, contractors to enlistment of products and to achieve sale target.
3.Contacting potential client or decision maker of the organization via email or making cold calls and set up meetings.
4. Built Sales roadmap and manages the sales cycle from inception to execution and payment collection.
5. Responsible for negotiating contracts from year to year (i.e. price increases and stock agreements etc.)
6. Making presentation about organization profile, setup and services for generating new leads.
7. Respond to complaints from clients and give after sales support when requested.
8. Built long term relationships with new clients and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients through Client visit, Interaction and Management.
