Bench Sales Role - Recruitment Firm (0-4 yrs)
JOB PROFILE:
As a trainee, you will be involved in marketing of IT profiles/placements in US market.
You will receive training /guidance and coaching to qualify as a professional.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English.
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements and make calls to qualify them for the job.
- Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, the closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
- Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: - 18,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
