Requirements :

- A qualified candidate must have 8.0 years proven sales and business development in IT Staffing and Services.

- Must have Excellent Communication skills Verbal and Writing.

- Knowledge on H1B, EAD, GC and Citizens

- Must be a self-motivated with strong work ethics.

- Must have can do attitude.

- Must be well versed with Immigration process to US and the Consulting/Placement process for US.

- Must be well versed with terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099.

- Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.

- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for providing staffing solutions.

- Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.

- Must have good understanding on all IT technologies.

- Must be a good team player and result driven and need to have transparency in all communication.

- Willing to travel to build relationship with clients & vendors

Additional requirements :

- Must be good at cold calling to Technology/Solutions Implementer, MSPs, VMS, etc firms.

- Must be willing to work towards direct client acquisitions.

- MUST own the position for which hired, meaning must take ownership towards their work responsibilities.

- Zeal to grow as a professional and learn the upcoming technologies and global business dynamics.

- Any technical qualification would be a plus.
