- Shift timings - 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST
- Must have Bachelor's degree (CS/IT/EC preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment

- Good convincing and marketing skills
- Ability to review resumes according to the job description.
- Experience in marketing H1B visa, Green card consultants.
- Experience in using portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
- Good understanding of US recruitment terms like W2, Corp to corp and 1099
- Must be proficient in MS Office especially MS word to review and format resumes as per requirement, negotiate rates, submission of resumes.
- Possess excellent screening skills.
- Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
- Experience in Bench sales in US IT Recruitment having direct contacts with Tier 1 vendors or Implementation partners and generating new relationship with vendors specialized in various IT roles.
- Ability to meet targets on a regular basis. Checking for the right requirements that match our consultants profiles on various job portals, Social networking sites and share them with consultants.
- Must create and maintain assignment track sheet as per company standards and submit the same.
- Good understanding of US Staffing like requirements, contracting process, pay rates, experience in corp to corp positions
