Bench Sales Manager - Recruitment Business (6-13 yrs)

- Candidate should have Bench sales experience and must have managed bench sales teams.
- Experienced as Bench sales Manager or lead, Sr. Sales Executive with skills in maintaining business relationship with Clients, Vendors, Employers and Consultants.
- Creative, proactive and self-directed professional with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong technical recruiting and staffing expertise with a through management and business background provides for building solid business partner relationships.
- Uses strategic skill set combined with extensive tactical field experience to drive significant revenue growth and profitability.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team with an ability to deliver within short deadlines.
- Extensively marketing our own H1-B/EAD/OPT/GC/H4 EAD/ CPT consultants who are on bench.
- Ability to rapidly absorb new concepts and apply them effectively; innovative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a challenging environment and delivering quality work.
- Should have strong network of vendors and clients.
- Should be able to build new teams from scratch and train freshers also in bench sales process.
- Should be able to define new strategies and process in scaling bench sales while Driving profitability.
- Should be a Go Getter and "Lets get things done" attitude is very very important.
- Should coordinate with OPT Recruiters and Training coordinators very aggressively.
Compensation: Attractive Fixed Base Salary and Recurring Commission Model.
