Job Description :

- We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our sexual wellness business category. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a track record of successfully driving growth.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that will increase brand awareness and generate leads for Sexual Wellness category

- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, and allocate resources effectively

- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, campaign creatives and videos

- Manage the company's online presence - including social media accounts

- Develop and implement targeted advertising campaigns across multiple channels

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and insights to the team

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management

- Experience of generating leads for anonymous category/related business. Example - Sexual Wellness, Astrology, Mental Health etc.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively

- Knowledge of marketing automation software and analytics tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly

- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation
