About the Business

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Designation : Management Trainee- Sales Management and Marketing

Qualification : MBA or Equivalent Completed

Job Location : Kathmandu, Nepal

Languages : English, Hindi, Nepali

Nationality : Indian, Nepali (Preference shall be given to candidates having Nepali Citizenship)

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities :

- Sales and Marketing & Business Development

- Identify prospective, Corporate Leads, B2B Leads, maintain relationship with prospects, leads track progress and Generate Sales

- Design brand communication, marketing content, traditional as well as digital marketing strategy and implement it.

- Execute Business Strategy, Digital Sales and Marketing, Business Research

- Human Resource Function

- Recruitment, Interview, Learning and Development, Demand Fulfillment.

- Develop a platform to connect Entry-Level Front-Line Sales Workforce to Jobs.

- Implement Technology enabled HR Business, Implement HR Strategy for the Business

Skills :

- MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Resources Required:

- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

- Laptop
