Job Description (Team Lead- Calling Process)

Brief :

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead for our enthusiastic calling team! As a Calling process Team Lead at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's Telecalling Strategy.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Manage Telecaller performance tracking

- Floor Management while handling a team of 25-30 callers

- Monitoring calls and guide Telecallers to achieve and improve on the performance

- Set Goals and handle Telecaller coaching on sound collection practices, participating in role plays and provide feedback to Telecallers.

- Provide feedback to Management on new hire progress, and concerns/issues

- Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed as to the status of the Team Targets/quotas.

- Ensures staff meets daily collections goals.

- To be an effective communication bridge between management and team members

Requirements :

- Self-Driven and Motivated

- Strong Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- 2-3 years of Team Handling experience

Annual Salary - INR 6-7 LPA

Job Location - Paschim Vihar/Connaught Place, Delhi

Shift Timing - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
