Campaign Manager - Lead Generation

Location : Hyderabad

Job Description :

As a Campaign Manager specializing in lead generation, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our client base by managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns. You will be responsible for allocating budgets across various lead generation channels to ensure maximum lead acquisition while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include the client health tracker, which includes metrics such as the number of daily leads delivered, overall customer satisfaction (CSAT/Feedback), and tracking the progress and qualification of daily leads generated.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, Whatsapp/SMS/email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to define lead generation goals and strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

- Optimize campaign budgets by strategically allocating resources to the most effective channels to maximize lead acquisition.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results and meet KPIs.

- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve campaign performance continuously.

- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling and high-converting marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to gather and analyze client feedback, ensuring high client satisfaction.

- Maintain the client health tracker to monitor and report the number of leads delivered daily, overall CSAT/Feedback, and daily leads qualification and delivery progress.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging lead generation techniques to drive innovation in lead generation efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in lead generation campaign management.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and CRM systems.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative lead-generation strategies.
