Behtar - Area Store Manager required for a fast growing retail chain


Behtar is a hyperdense network of deep discounted stores having physical presence in Bangalore and has huge expansion plans in the near future .As an Area Store Manager(ASM), you will focus on leading your teams in all areas of Service, Sales and Marketing, Store Operations & end to end management of stores.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Sales owner of cluster of deep discounted stores in various neighbourhoods.

- Inspire, motive and coach the store managers and assistants

- Liasoning with marketing agencies and looking after various BTL marketing avenues and activation

- Positioning, layout and labelling of stores, coordinating with the central warehousing team and the suppliers. Ensuring, correct merchandising and stock in of stores.

- Customer management including personalisation of offers, managing complaints, feedbacks and create wholesome experience end to end for customers

- Team development and talent management

- Demonstrate experience and results in sales performance, visual merchandising and leadership

- Creating a positive and engaging working environment and ensuring excellent service and operational standards across all stores

- Be involved in new store openings

Remuneration : Fixed: 5-6 lakhs per annum ( based on experience ) +Incentives ( can be upto 200% of the fixed income, depending on store performances and blue collar hiring)

Desired Skills : Strong relationship building, leadership skills and a hunger to succeed

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience : Graduate( MBA Preferred ) having 5-10 years of experience in retail
