beGalileo - Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary
beGalileo is an after school math enrichment program delivered through micro franchise home based centers. beGalileo is looking to expand sales team to work with franchises for building and expanding their businesses.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Working with beGalileo centers to identify and execute marketing strategies for spreading awareness among parents
- Conducting parent orientation and events in partnership with centers for student acquistion
- Working with centers to identify their individual training needs
- Strong networking and persuasion capabilities to make each center operate at its full capacity
- Travel within the city is required
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Out of the box and creative thinker
- Ability to work with stiff targets
- Excellent team player
- Self starter with a positive attitude
