4. Good Knowledge of Online Bidding Tools like upwork, PPH,Freelancer.
5. Portfolio creation & management in upwork, PPH and Content Creation for the organization
6. Creating courteous and professional cover letters, documents to facilitate bidding processes.
7. Understanding the Company Business Process Model and bid on similar competitive projects
8. Worked closely on with team management.
9. Selecting bid rate, contacting work team, communicating details and making decision.
10. Online bidding on various projects based on website designing and development, mobile app development, Asp.net, Xamarin, React, e commerce etc
11. Persuading clients with non technical background to understand our business model and hire us
